Orders under this amount will be charged based on destination and weight, shown at checkout.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free exchange.
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Send us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with the exchange process quickly.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied with it?
Yes, we accept returns within 20 days of purchase, as long as:
The item is unused
It’s in its original packaging
It is in resellable condition
Used or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
How do I initiate a return?

Will I be refunded for the shipping fees if I return a product?
